Service Description

MENTOR99 provides daily motivational messages and mental training content for youth athletes aged 13 and older. Our service includes streak tracking, favorites collection, and leaderboard features to encourage consistent engagement and mental development.

User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription & Billing

MENTOR99 offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Monthly: $0.99 per month (1-month subscription)
• Yearly: $9.99 per year (12-month subscription)

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Manage Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings on your device (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.

Content & Usage

All content provided by MENTOR99 is:

• For personal, non-commercial use only
• Protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
• Not to be reproduced or distributed without permission
• Provided for motivational purposes, not as therapy or medical advice

Daily Message Exclusivity

Each daily message is available only on its designated day. Messages that are not favorited become inaccessible after that day. This is by design to encourage daily engagement and mindful curation of content.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to access the service

Limitation of Liability

MENTOR99 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
